"uuuggghh" you groaned as you had your head laying on the table not moving a inch as your entire body was in pain.
"uh are you gonna be ok Y\N?" Daisy asked with a worried expression as she tried to ease your pain by rubbing your back.
"YeSsssSSS I'm Totally fine after getting the star spirits knocked out of me, This is why I don't like training so early in the morning" You lifted your head up to rest on your chin as you had a bruise mark on your forehead resembling a shoe mark.
"IM SORRY I HONESTLY THOUGHT YOU WAS GONNA DODGE IT, To be honest for you that should have been easy to dodge you always had a knack for fighting is something going on Y/N?" Daisy handed you a ice pack as she sat with you also sliding a cup of coffee to you.
"*sighs* It's nothing really I guess i have been feeling a bit alone lately that's all" You put down the ice pack and took a sip of your coffee.
"Alone? How so i mean you have Me, Peach, Luigi. Mario, Yoshi, and Toad so it can't be that"
"No its not i just mean you know, Romantically" You Blushed a bit embarrased at the thought taking another sip of your coffee to ease your nerves and pain.
"oh well maybe i can help you with that~" You both stared at each other for a second before bursting out laughing.
"Sure Daisy i would ever so love to if i wasn't gay and you being fruiter than peach's fruit cake" You both giggled calming your nerves as Daisy wipe away a tear.
"Yea yea I know Hah, But i can help you meet some guys though sorta like a blind date kinda thing" Daisy rested her cheek in her hand.
"ugh blind dating, sorry not my thing besides i rather not be setup with someone expecting it to just suddenly work i rather it just to come naturally or just kinda fall in place you know"
"I get that Y/N but your gonna have to interact with people for that to happen" You groaned at her comment as your face turn a little red.
"I interact with people, sometimes" you whispered that last part hiding behind your coffee mug.
"Yes when it comes to your friends, but actual dating your gonna have to take a bold step sooner or later ya know"
"I know I know maybe some other ti-" You both hear a big boom in the distance as you both quickly got out the 1-UP cafe and go outside seeing peach's castle is under attack, you both nodded at each other as you ran quickly to the castle.
Luckily you both wasn't to far from the castle only taking 5 minutes to get there you both split up in order to find peach and anyone else that might be hurt or in trouble, as you got into the left wing of the castle your met with some of Bowser's minions as they charge towards you, you hopped over the goomba and pushing them back making them fall over by pushing them just enough so they aren't a threat, they might be Bowser's minion but you didn't want to hurt anyone to badly let alone killing, a koopa came charge towards you with a spear as you dodged it and quickly snatched it, tripping the koopa up as they retreat in there shell you spin the shell around and kick it towards the rest of the enemies knocking the out reminding you of getting a strike like in bowling, once done you stop the koopa shell from spinning and apologize to the koopa inside as you proceeded forward.
"Geez where is everybody i hope their ok" You turned the corner as you was able to find peach have spears pointed towards her by some koopas with spikes on their head, you rushed to help her as you quickly pulled out a ice flower from you pocket absorbing its power and freezing the koopa troopers in they tracks.
"Sorry for being late princess" You slide the iced koopa's away into a room as you greeted her.
"Thank you Y/N i was pretty sure they was gonna take me away to Bowser" She bowed expressing her gratitude to you as you blushed embarrased waving your hands frantically.
"No you don't have to thank me honestly im just glad i can help, you know as a way to make up for last month"
"Y/N we keep saying you don't have to blame yourself for that it was your face time facing with all this anyone would do the same in your shoes"
"Maybe but i still wanna make it up to you guys for everything, by the way where is Luigi and Mario"
"I'm certain they'll be in the throne room mario told me to run and hide somewhere while he faced Bowser"
"Wait what about Luigi why isn't he with him?"
"He said he had to go help Professor E. Gad with the ghost problem in the Boo woods apparently king Boo might be back and needed help"
"In that case I should go help Mario incase he needs back up, I'll be back princess" You ran off towards peach throne room.
"Please be careful Y/N?"
You were met with more Koopa troopers. but you freezed them in their tracks with ease until you finally made it into the throne room as you see Mario and a giant dragon turtle who you assumed was Bowser since this was your first time seeing him in person and not in picture, you we're a little seeing the big brute but you clenched your first and ran to Mario's side throwing a ice ball at Bowser catching him off guard for a second as he rubbed the ice from his face, his scarlet red eyes setting on you taking in your appearance.
"Oh who might this be, another bug for me too squash" Bowser chuckled as he got ready to fire a fire blast.
"Y/N you shouldn't be here you need to focus on keeping the princess safe to secure the power star"
"It's fine she's safe i just left her not to long ago, besides you need help you looked eshausted enough as it is Mario i just wanna help"
".....Fine but you follow my lead and back me up" you nodded as you both got ready for his attack.
Bowser sends a large fire blast towards you both as you two dodge it and run towards Bowser, Mario manages to hit Bowser in the face stunning him for a second as you follow up with freezeing your hands in blocks of ice as you smash them against Bowser's stomach pushing him back a little as you both get ready for another combo attack, but Bowser roars and uses his tail to hurl rocks towards you and Mario you both dodging just in time, Bowser howevers uses this split second to grab Mario ankle and throw him towards you sending you both towards a wall as you quickly make a snow wall to soften the blow, you feel your ice powers starting to fade, as Bowser tries to rush you two while down you quickly freeze the floor that bowser stands on and sends him flying into a peach statue as it lands on him burying him in rubble.
"huff huff man that was way tougher then I thought" You sat on the ground as well as Mario as you both try to catch your breath.
"Hehe yea you did good for your first time dealing with Bowser good job Y/N" Mario puts his fist out as you put your fist against his fist bumping in victory, However its short lived as you see a weird ball of triangles, circles, and squares come towards Mario as he didn't see it.
"MARIO LOOK OUT" You quickly pushed Mario out the way as it ball hit you making your head spin and feel weak.
"Y/N!!" Mario yelled out as he tried to get up but fell to his knee to tired to get up, Bowser gets up from the rubble just as tired huffing.
"huff huff good job Kamek now grab the boy and lets leave we can use him to get what we want" Kamek nodding at his king wish waves his wand and teleports you into a cage on the airship Bowser and Kamek escape to the airship as well taking their leave.
"D-Dammit no Y/N" Mario collapsed onto the ground as he passed out hearing faint voices that sound like Peach and Daisy rushing to his aid.

You wake up feeling something underneath you was cold as you got up head still spinning groaning at the pain as your vision clears looking around you seeing your stuck in a cell on the floor with cuffs on your hands you tried to break out of them hoping they come off.
"That won't work you know" shocked by the voice you turn around to see bowser watching you through the cell bars.
"Hmph what do you want"
"That's no way to talk to the guy who's letting you live" he said smirking looking you up and down.
"Why even take me anyway I'm not exactly the most useful bargining chip you know" (i can't even protect my friends) you looked away facing a small side bed and window with bars on it.
"Maybe your worth more then you think, i saw how protective he was of you in that fight it was almost like a big brother and if he cares for you like he does the green one then ill use that to my advantage to get to him to get through peach into giving me their power star" What he said made you sweat a little you never told Mario but you looked up to him like a big brother same with Luigi they we're more then happy to help you when first coming to this world and all you wanted to do was help the same way they do.
"It won't work they'll find a way to stop you without a trade" Still having your back turned not wanting to see his face angry.
"Hmph we'll see blue one we'll see" Bowser walking off to a red door it closing behind him.
You curled up still angry but not at Bowser but at yourself feeling weak and hating it "DAMMIT i should have been faster i can't believe i got caught off guard like that i should have been able to do more" you feel tears swelling up in your eyes as you rest your face in your hands letting your tears flow.
"This is all my fault........"
