@Xfinity you’re live tv streaming sucks. i can’t ever watch what i want to watch unless i’m home. if i’m home i would just watch on my tv anyway. the whole point of it is to watch when you’re not home on your tablet or phone. ridiculous !

Ugh. @Xfinity and @comcast are the WORST. 4 weeks & 6 technician visits later, I still do not have internet. What the hell would I do if I worked from home? Literally the worst customer service and experience ever. If my apt had another provider, I would have switched WEEKS ago

Oh & the kicker: @Xfinity charged me for my bill on 7/21. I’ve NEVER had service. I opened my account on 7/2 - today is 7/25 & I’ve never had 1 day of working internet. Roman, customer service rep, refused to refund me & said it’s policy that no refund until issue is fixed 👌

Well, on that note I’m going to bed pissed off. Really looking forward to what hot mess Xfinity brings me tomorrow. Let’s see if I get a call from @Xfinity @XfinitySupport or a manager, which I asked to speak to about 2 tech. visits ago. Odds on getting help tmrw?

It’s Sunday but I have to do some work. Too bad I can’t enjoy convenience of working from my home office bc I STILL don’t have internet - thanks to @Xfinity. Thankfully, my apartment has WiFi in the common room so current packing my stuff up so I can actually go do my job.

1.5hrs on the phone with @Xfinity later and I’m no closer to having internet. Today, my customer service rep Roman:- raised his voice at me on the phone - told me there was no one else I could speak with - admitted that past reps never opened tickets like they said they did

The l guy helping me right now (which none of this is his fault - he’s trying to fix someone else’s mess) said an @Xfinity supervisor would call me back. NOPE I’ll happily wait on hold b/c last time I’d get a “call back” it was a week w/o any contact & I had to call them again

My roommate though cannot. She is still working from home & has to use a desktop. Bc @Xfinity can’t get their stuff together to fix our service, she legit cant move into our apartment bc she can’t do her job w/o WiFi & she can’t permanently set up her desktop in our common room.

@Xfinity Nobody does it worse than #xfinity we understand storms and outages but not lies and lack of comminication. We have had no service for 2 days all of our neigbors have it but not our building. All we get from #xfinity are LIES, 2 hours then another 2 hours now 60hrs!

If you are an @Xfinity subscriber and you get @netflix for free as part of your package, DM @comcastcares with your name, account number, and service address and they will remove it from your account. Request the reason as “Netflix promotes **********” #cancelNetflix

@Send1t @comcast @Xfinity ISPs don't understand that nowadays people utilize upload speeds the same as download speeds. So they'll give you blazing fast download but the slowest upload you've ever seen. I have the same issue here too. I can't stream anymore and uploading a video takes about 3 or 4 hours

@Mamitu_Vtuber Unfortunately pretty much all cable modem providers suck (the tech can work well, but Comcast, Cox, Charter etc are all bad). That said, their $99.99/mo plan seems to be gigabit down, 35Mbps up (still pretty bad upload for the money though).

@comcast I can't get to a real person by phone. I need assistance getting internet for my in laws. Both retired. He is veteran. Please help me help them. They are 14 hour drive from me so I can't set it up from their location.

I thought I was making a smart decision by switching from @CenturyLink to @Xfinity but I have actually had more problems in the past 5 weeks with xfinity than I had with 3 years with century link!!!!
