Ingredients list for the dill tomato salad recipe
- 5tomatoes, quartered
- 1English cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 1/2largered onion, sliced
- 1pinchkoshersalt+1pinchblack pepper
For the dressing:
- 1/2cupolive oil
- 1/4cuplemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill greens
- 1 teaspoonkosher salt+ 1 pinch freshly groundblack pepper
- 1teaspoonhoneyorbrown sugar(optional for low-carb, Keto, or sugar-free diets)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes (optional)

Directions
1.To make the tomato salad: In a largebowl, combine all ingredients for the salad: tomato, cucumber, and red onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to combine.
2.To prepare the dressing, throw all of the dressing ingredients into a small bowl or a masonjarand whisk together vigorously, until well blended.
3.Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss gently. Cover the bowl withplasticand let sit at room temperature until ready to serve. This will allow the flavors to meld together. Serve the tomato salad when you’re ready. Enjoy! ❤️
